Welcome to the Guided SEO Membership, a program designed to guide you through the process of optimizing your website for search engines through a do-it-yourself (DIY) approach. By participating in this program, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (T&C). Please read them carefully.
1. Program Description
The Guided SEO Membership ("the Program") offers educational materials, resources, and guidance to assist you in optimizing your website for search engines. As a member, you will be provided with action plans, tutorials, and support to implement search engine optimization (SEO) strategies.
2. Membership
2.1. Eligibility: You must be 18 years or older to participate in the Program.
2.2. Account Creation: You may be required to create an account, providing accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information.
3. Program Fees
Fees for participating in the Program are disclosed at the time of registration and must be paid as per the instructions provided.
4. No Guarantees
While the Program aims to guide you in improving your website's SEO, we do not guarantee any specific outcomes, including improvements in search rankings. SEO outcomes are influenced by various factors outside our control, including changes in search engine algorithms.
5. Your Responsibilities
5.1. Implementation: You are responsible for implementing the strategies and actions advised within the Program. We are not responsible for the implementation or execution of SEO strategies on your website.
5.2. Compliance: You must ensure that your actions comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and guidelines set forth by search engines.
5.3. Community Interaction and Live Calls: By participating in community forums and live calls ("The Community"), you agree to conduct yourself respectfully, be solely responsible for your content, exercise caution with personal information, and understand content moderation practices.
6. Intellectual Property
All program materials, including but not limited to tutorials, documents, and recommendations, are proprietary and remain the intellectual property of the Guided SEO Membership program. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the materials for your personal use only.
7. Limitation of Liability
We will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, revenue, data, or use, incurred by you or any third party, whether in an action in contract or tort, arising from your access to, or use of, the program or any services provided therein.
8. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Program, its directors, officers, employees, and agents from and against all losses, expenses, damages, and costs, including reasonable attorneys' fees, resulting from any violation of these T&C or any activity related to your account (including negligent or wrongful conduct) by you or any other person accessing the Program using your account.
9. Modifications to Terms and Conditions
We reserve the right to modify these T&C at any time. Your continued participation in the Program following any such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the new T&C.
10. Governing Law
These T&C shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Queensland, Australia, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law.

12.2. You represent and warrant that you have the necessary rights to use and authorize the use of the content as described herein.
12.3. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Program from any claims made in connection with the content you provide.
12.4. Content Removal: We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these T&C.
